Can I bring my own design or get advice from the artist?

Sure! You can bring us your design or tell us your idea. Our artists will create a unique piece based on your ideas.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Pricing varies based on size, details and artist. We offer free, no-obligation quotes, contact us to discuss your project!

How long does it take to get a tattoo?

It depends on the size and complexity of the design. A small tattoo may take 30 minutes, while a large piece may require multiple sessions.

Does it hurt to get a tattoo?

Pain is subjective and depends on the area of ​​the body. Our tattoo artists work gently to minimize discomfort.

What are the most painful areas for a tattoo?

In general, ribs, hands, feet, knees, stomach are more sensitive. However, pain is completely subjective.

Is there a minimum age to get a tattoo?

Yes, you have to be of legal age. We do not make exceptions, not even with parental consent.

Do I need an appointment or can I come without a reservation?

We accept walk-ins when possible, depending on artist availability!

How can I take care of my tattoo after the session?

We will provide you with detailed instructions for aftercare, including what type of cream to use and healing times. Following these instructions is essential to achieving a perfect result.

Can I get a tattoo if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, for safety reasons we do not tattoo pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Do you do cover-ups of old tattoos?

Yes, our artists are experts in cover-ups. In this case, consultancy is essential to evaluate the feasibility of the cover-up

Can I drink alcohol before getting a tattoo?

No, alcohol thins the blood and can compromise the tattoo. We recommend avoiding alcohol at least 24 hours before the session.

Do you offer temporary tattoos or henna?

No, we only make high quality permanent tattoos.

What happens if I have an allergic reaction?

We use high quality, hypoallergenic inks, but if you have known allergies to pigments, please discuss this with us in advance.

Can I bring a friend with me to the tattoo?

Yes, you can bring someone for moral support, but we ask that you limit the number of companions to maintain a relaxed environment.

Do you have gift cards or vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift cards for those who want to give a tattoo, a workshop or merchandise products!

What products can I buy in the shop?

You can purchase a selection of t-shirts, hats, art prints and other tattoo related merchandise, subject to availability. We also offer training courses, both online and on-site.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you can access the site and purchase without registering. However, by registering you will be able to track your orders and access exclusive offers .

How can I pay for my purchases?

Do prices include VAT?

Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal , unless the product is among those excluded (e.g. personalized or used items).

Who takes care of the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . The refund will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the return, only if the product is intact and in its original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Contact us immediately at info@thygallerystudios.com providing photos of the product and packaging . We will provide a replacement or refund.

How can I redeem a discount code?

You can enter the discount code on the checkout page before completing your purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with other current offers.
